InovaPrime is a privately held company, since its inception in May 2005, InovaPrime grew organically by creating successful solutions for its customers, and investing heavily in the creation of innovative solutions and products. The company maintains a steady growth since it’s inception, with continuous positive financial statements.
We take our responsibility to our shareholders very seriously. Our belief is that we maximize shareholder value by maintaining a long-term focus. Rather than thinking about ways in which we can create short-lived economic gains each quarter, we focus on serving our users and delivering the most relevant information as fast as we can. By providing the best consulting services, we believe that we are building a company that will create more value, not just for our customers, but ultimately also for our shareholders as well.
We believe in the importance of building shareholder trust. We adhere to the highest levels of ethical business practices, as embodied by the InovaPrime code of conduct, which provides guidelines for ethical conduct by our managers, officers and employees.
